Fantastic for the money

This is a very pleasant resort. It is well maintained and the rooms are large and comfortable. Saying that it is a short walk to Eagle beach might not be entirely correct but the beach is worth it and the Restaurants are great. Staff was very helpful and responsive when needed.

Aruban Resort and Casino

The pool and water slide are very fun and not too busy during the day. The hotel rooms are clean - some of them are older and not upgraded. The new time-share rooms are gorgeous, but we didn't stay in one of those. The hotel restaurant is terrible - do not eat there. We had breakfast there one day and swore never to go back. The cereals were all stale and all of the prepared foods were unappetizing. The beach is a great beach - this hotel is not in the high-rise section, so it's fairly peaceful and quiet at night. The staff was friendly, except for one of the Dunkin' donuts workers. After a few days, her rudeness started being funny. Overall, for an inexpensive hotel, I'd recommend it, but plan on eating somewhere else.

We stayed at the Arubian for our honeymoon in 2008. It was great for the money and I loved that it was away from the high rises. Being directly across from the beach was wonderful. The rooms are outdated but comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend eating breakfast at the hotel next door.

Aruban Paradise affordably priced

This was a great value and a fantastic deal. I spent 5 nights and 6 days on the beautiful island of Aruba. I stayed at the Aruban Resort and Casino with airfare on American Airlines included for a total value of less than $100 dollars a day. My accomodations were nice, clean and spacious. We were in a property that was undergoing renovation and steps from the beach. The improvements look to lavish and upon completion, I look forward to returning. Please note that the construction in no way inhibited the quality of my stay. I had a one bedroom accomodation with a kitchen and living room that allowed me to have the food and snacks I wanted when I wanted. I was also privy to a special offer which included a tour and investment opportunty. The resort had theme filled entertainment every nite. This was great fun and provided an excellent ice breaker for guests to socialize. Additionally, there was shopping, restaurants and a Casino on site. I can truly say that Cheap Caribbean delivers on their promise. This was the best vacation I ever purchased. It was a better value than using the timeshare I have and adding airfare. The accomodation for a single passenger supplement cannot be surpassed!! I have recommended this site to everyone I know who I think wants a great vacation at a fantatic price. Look forward to my next trip soon.

aruban good value

my at wife and I spent a week in Aruba at the Aruban Resort and Casino in August 2009. This was our first trip to Aruba. We were very pleased with the Aruban. The room was clean , and the housekeeping staff pleasant and helpful. We spent every morning and early afternoon at Eagle Beach a short walk from our hotel. Eagle Beach is terrific. The hotel pools were wel maintained. We took the bus to town as well as to the high rise area and rented a car for the day to visit baby beach as well as the lighthouse area. The Aruban is not a 5 star hotel but it is centrally located on the island, away from the hustle and bustle of the high rise area, across from the best beach in aruba. My wife and I would definitely stay at the Aruban again.

Aruban Resort

The Aruban Resort and Casino was a good place to stay. It is not in the High Rise section of the island so you are in between that and the main section of the island. The rooms were clean but a little dated. The pool and waterside were good. You have to cut through another hotel and cross the street to get to the beach. The water is amazing. For the price point it is a great deal.

Friendly staff, very helpful in obtaining a rental car and trip ideas for the day. Loved the pool bar.

Very Good Deal

I got a very good deal when I went to the Aruban Beach Resort. They were still in the process of upgrading the rooms. I was in an old room. It was comfortable but needed an upgrade. The casino was not redone at that time. The pool area was nice. To get to the beach you needed to walk down the road or go through another hotel and cross the street. It was okay for the price I paid but I would prefer my hotel to be directly on the beach. There was only one restaurant in the resort at the time. It was okay. I perfer to be in a more populated area with a choice of other hotels to dine in without having to drive there. If I were to get a great deal that I could not get at another hotel, I would return to the Aruban.
