The resort was booked with the idea it was finished and entire facility open and available for use. Not true at all. The restaurants did not have all the items on their menu available which I think was unusual since it was food and I assume could be ordered and provided per the menu. We would leave our room in the morning and come back around 5pm and the room was still not cleaned and fresh. We would have to call for housekeeping to come. We put our belongings in the safe the first day of arrival and used the safe daily to access our jewelry and watches for the dinners but on the third day I was not able to get into the safe so I called security they came and opened the safe for me. The day we left I took everything out of our safe and while at the airport my husband went to purchase breakfast and asked if I took any of his cash and I said no. Well somehow $600.00 was missing from his cash in his wallet. We immediately called the resort when we arrived home and spoke to public relations and gave them the information but have not heard back from anyone. We always put our cash in the safe upon arrival since we booked at an all inclusive resort. I found it odd I could not get into the safe after accessing it prior but did not think anything of it. Overall resort was okay until the cash came up missing. Not interested in returning.
