We enjoyed our vacation at Sunset Beach - very pleasant staff.

I had a great time relaxing by the pool and beach. i love the music and playing vollyball on the beach. Food was good and had many options.

The staff was fun and we enjoyed the interaction! The pool was freezing and should have been heated.

My husband and I went to Sunset beach montego bay for our honeymoon, and we had a blast! There was a ton of stuff to do, we didn't even need to leave the resort. The staff is extremely friendly especially the bartenders! We will definitely go back again when we have kids. The waterpark was great! The only negative was that everyday a group of about 30 kids came in for like a day camp sort of thing and they invade the waterpark and pools. Other than that, everything was absolutely great! Loved it.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in June. The beaches and pools were great - the only reason I didn't rate them a 5 was that we took a day trip to Negril and their beaches are gorgeous in comparison. The room was nice, near the beach - but very little hot water in the bathroom. When checking-in my husband mentioned a few times that we were on our honeymoon and asked about an upgrade which they gave us (for free!). Everyone there was really nice and relaxed - everything was "no problem" and the staff were extremely helpful! They will make you any drink you want, a hundred times (but don't expect to get tipsy unless you drink constantly - the abundance of food will keep you from it). The food was very good, but after several days of similar items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you tend to get tired of the buffet. We went to each of the three restaurants once for dinner - they were all very nice and delicious! The resort itself is very pretty and has lots of activities planned - unfortunately, due to lack of participation, many of them don't happen. My husband wanted to play football and beach volleyball, which was planned every day, but never did happen. The night-time entertainment was very good! It rained several times, but we still found things to do - for example, they check out board games, which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend to families (not because the children were annoying or anything, but just because they are so family friendly!) and couples who want a laid back atmosphere. Overall, we really enjoyed the resort and our relaxing vacation!! We will be back at some point!

My 3 friends and I had a fun time here. The beaches and pools are great. When we first got there our room was leaking water from the ceiling, but the agreed to move us after we complained.

This is THE place to go in Montego Bay with a family. From the water slides and lazy river, to the miniature golf, over-sized chess and checkers, to the snorkeling off the beach, the paddle boats, the kayaks, the windsurfer and the entertainment--this resort has it all! The bonfire on the beach with fresh coconuts to drink out of and the beach front barbecue night were definitely the highlights of the trip! The Italian restaurant was amazing and the new menu at the Asian restaurant was worth waiting for. The food is fabulous, the resort is clean and beautiful and the options of how to spend your day are endless. The guys on the beach even cleaned our conch shell treasures we found while snorkeling! Enjoy!

The Sunset Beach Resort and Spa is one of my favorite vacation spots in the world! I have been to many resports world-wide and virtually to every island in the Caribbean as well as many vacation areas on the island of Jamaica yet my favorite remains the Sunset Beach and Spa. First of all, the location is ideal located on a penisular, close to the airport and the downtown area. At the resort itself, the facilities are excellent, the service is extremely efficient, the dining options are many and varied, the beaches and swimming pools (3) cater to singles, couples or the entirefamily and the price is right!

Great concerts and wonderful people in the resort. Some optional events were a bit pricey but worth it.
