San Juan Water and Beach Club Hotel Reviews

This was the perfect spot! Tucked away at the end of the street, right on the best part of the beach. The service was awesome and so helpful! On our first day, while checking into our hotel, Vin Rhimes walked in with a guest and went into the dining room for dinner. The concierge said that he was a regular there. Their rooftop bar and pool is gorgeous! Don't miss out on their happy hour everyday. Free drinks from 5-6pm. It's a perfect way to start your night. DO NOT miss out on the Bio luminescent Bay. It is by far the most AMAZING thing I have ever seen in my life! There's so much to do. The rain forest, boat tours, snorkeling, scuba diving, the Bicardi Distillery, casinos, Old San Juan, fishing... Just ask the concierge. They different tour options every day and they arrange everything; transportation, tour guides, lunch, etc. Don't forget your water proof camera. Great trip! Great price! I never like to travel to the same place twice, but this place... we will definitely be returning soon!

The hotel was not bad, the 1st room we got had problems and got a new one 3 days later, the people there are nice and listen to you, the beach was dirty and fill of sea weeds the 9 days there it's was the worst beach ever been to. Puerto Rico is also not good for spring brake only one club that's open once a week and no activities to do exept rain forest and horse back riding one hr drive. Other the That I would not go back to puerto Rico for that price I can have amazing time in domican or jamaica

The hotel location is good. Close to the airport, local dining, public transportation and best of all it's on the beach. The hotel was just okay but the service was good and the employees were helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar was cool, good music and Mojitos. This is far from the fanciest hotel in the area but my stay was pleasant. If you go on vacation to sleep, then this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a laid back yet fun atmosphere, then I would recommend the SJW&BC hotel.

We had a great time on our trip to San Juan. The San Juan Water and Beach Club was a fun place to stay. The pool is located on the roof top and there are amazing views of the city. The staff was awesome and helped us to schedule a few excursions and also helped us find the right bus to get into Old San Juan. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this place!

This was a last minute trip for me. I needed desperately to de stress. I had a wonderful time. The service was great. The people in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The price was incredibly reasonable for last minute. I can not wait to book another trip....unfortunately I have to wait for a school break. The person on the cheap Caribbean hot line was the best at helping me select the trip that was right for me. I am grateful for all his help. I am thankful for a wonderful vacation. I have recommended cheap Caribbean to many of my friends who have been using your services. I can not afford a vacation at this time, when I can I will be booking with cheapcaribbean.com

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! The package that we received on Cheap Caribbean.com was great! The hotel, San Juan Water & Beach Club Hotel, was wonderful. It was a small hotel right on the beach and the staff was very very helpful and kind! I can't say enough about the staff, everyone was personable and made you feel right at home!!! The hotel had more of a trendy feel which was nice because it made for a more relaxing time, with no kids running around. The top bar/lounge area was awesome and had wonderful views of the beach and the city-the views were breathtaking! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again the next time I go to Puerto Rico!

The best thing about this hotel is 1. it's service i can't say enough about the quality of the service at this hotel. 2. the location is right on the beach and within walking distance of many well know places to eat from McDonnell’s to out back stack house are in the area, also public transportation can also come in handy if you what to visit old San Juan

Hotel was nice. It was right next to the beach. Also the location was convenient, to restaurants and public transportation. The room was well maintainned and a nice size.

This felt like something different. The hotel was quirky and fun. The staff treated us like friends. The beach location is very nice.

In planning our trip, my partner and I were anxious due to two concerns: one; neither of us had traveled in quite a while, and two; neither of us had ever left the U.S. mainland. Our fears were compounded by others' horror stories regarding travel. By virtue of some kind of instinctive miracle, we entrusted our plans to Cheap Caribbean. Our anxieties were gradually erased with each phase of our trip. All paperwork was precise and helped expedite airport experiences. Imagine our delight when we were greeted by the shuttle service folks, holding signs bearing our names! Felt like VIPS. During that brief jaunt, they advised us re. best restaurants, etc., which was used to good purpose. We were soon ensconced in a beautiful, beachfront hotel room, complete with a romantic, majestic view of the azure sea. The hotel staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Enjoying the shimmering sands of the Puerto Rican beach and fun visits to nearby San Juan created indelible, pleasurable memories. Our good deed to friends and family, especially the inexperienced, will be to avail themselves of the professional, travel pampering obtained through Cheap Caribbean.
