Well Worth It

Princess Heights is beautiful. The condo's are spacious, have comfortable beds and beautiful views. The beach was nice but not very long. The walk to the beach involves numerous stairs which is fine for us as we like the work out. It would not be suitable for people with knee/hip problems. The staff was frienly and accommodating. The roads in St. Marteen are in desperate need op repair. The restraurants near the hotel were fine. The atmosphere and service at Big Fish was outstanding. Tropical Wave is a quaint little beach restraurant we visited while our daughter was horsebacking riding, the food looked delicious - we only had coffee and desert which was excellent.

Comfort level of the condo was excellent! The place was very clean and everything worked great. Great view and lots of wonderful places to eat nearby. Would definitely return again.

It was a very beautiful place and alot of peace there. It was not crowded at i I think it didnt have that many people staying there because of the located. It was very far out from the town but was well worth it if u like privacy!!! I will most def stay there the next time i go!!!! Service was ok!!! There was no food options just drink options!!!!!

great for a family

Princess Heights was a great place to stay. It is very spacious for a family to stay Very comfortable. Very clean. There is not a lot to do in Dawn Beach so a car rental is a must to see the island. Although the beach was nearby, there were many stairs and hills to walk in order to get to the beach All in all a great vacation !!

Tres Bon Erg Goed

Princess Heights is a fortress! It has to be one of the nicest places to stay on the island. Very friendly staff. Clean. Very nice. Very, very short walk to Westin beach - might be an issue for older folks. Much nicer view than Westin, since you're up higher. If we're lucky enough to make it back we'll definitely look into staying here again. Great location, close to many beach and food options. We used the kitchen for breakfast and quick snacks later in the day, spending most of the days hours out and about. Although the beach is very nice, there are more beaches you can drive to. I highly recommend renting a vehicle and venturing out to other beaches, Maho for sunset, Orient, or even just around the corner at Mr. Busby's. Mr. Busby's is best food option dollar for dollar. Small grocery store nearby as well. We spent most of our time at Orient. Bikini Beach on Orient has great food, drinks. There's also a place that sells crepes in the afternoon just immediately north of Bikini Beach which has great pizza for lunch, crepes for an afternoon snack. We brought a backpack cooler to use for drinks, snacks - which I'd recommend. Princess Heights was a welcome home away from home after days filled with fun and sun.

Large, Comfortable Room with an Amazing View!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Princess Heights for 3 nights and had a great time. The service was amazing- Philip checked us in and gave us great tips on the best beaches and places to visit during our stay. We arrived to a beautiful, spacious hotel room with a stocked kitchen, large bathroom, gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach, and 2 complimentary beers and sodas. You definitely will want a car if you are staying in this area so that you can explore the island and its many beaches. However, Dawn Beach is a short trek down the hill, along with an area that offers 2 restaurants and a couple of shops. I highly recommend nearby Big Fish for dinner - we loved it so much that we ended up going there twice during our short stay!
