Majestic Elegance Punta Cana Reviews

the hotel was beautiful...but that was where it ended...the staff looked like they did not want to be there...the food was horrible....i ordered rack of lamb...rare and it came out like a hockey puck...could not cut it with a knife....the selection at the breakfast buffet was meager....this was not my first trip to punta cana...but it will be my last to this resort...

We stayed when the resort was just opening and still under some construction. No concerns over the construction for us. My wife and I like to find places where we can go and RELAX. The beaches were beautiful and clean and that is where we spent most of our days. During the evening walking the gounds at night while looking for our dinner was always enjoyable. The dinners had numerous offerings at each restaurant. The steak house being the best and the Hibachi being the least favorite of ours. Enjoyable for the show it was just too hot at the hibachi to enjoy the meal and we were with some over the top loud couples who were enjoying their time more than we were. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend the upgrade for the private lounge and beach.

Everything was perfect about this resort! My only complaint is that about half of our party got sick from the food.

We spent 4 nights last summer at the Adults Only section of the hotel - FANTASTIC time! We have stayed in various hotels in Mexico, jamaica and Punta Cana -all nice hotels and this definitely tops them all!! The service was great, the food, the rooms, and the adults only beach! We definitely plan on going back!

We stayed at ME for 10 days last year and it was a great time. One of the best resorts we ever went to. Resort tips: 1. Do book the Elegance Club (worth every penny) 2. Book private transfers (no other resort stops)

It exceeded my expectations. I would be delighted to be there again, especially for free accomodations. Thanks all staff for all their hard work.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the resort in May for 8 days. We didn't get to the resort until Midnight. There were still friendly accomodating staff waiting for us. The pools and beach were amazing. There were great restaurants to choose from, our favorite were the Hibachi/Sushi place and the Argentinean steak house. They had great entertainment everynight also. Definitly worth the money and would go back!

The Majestic Elegance was better than expected. Dining options were plentiful and quality. The room was in great condition and very comfortable. Staff was accomodating. No complaints at all. Would go to again.

Magestic Elegance was a great hotel at a great price. We really enjoyed the pools and the beach. Our airfare was included and it worked out great. I am no longer skeptical of all inclusive resorts.

Great hotel! Pools and beach were beautiful! Food was okay but drinks were great! Would definitely go back!
