InterContinental Presidente Puerto Vallarta Resort Reviews

We had a very nice stay at the Presidente. I was really impressed with how warm and friendly the staff was towards us, and the food was super yummy. We spent quite a bit of time at the swim-up pool bar, napping alongside the pool, and swimming off the pretty little sand beach out front. We were able to hire a ponga to pick us up at the hotel beach and take us around the corner to Los Rocas and south to our own little secret snorkel spot. Our room had a terific view, and was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This resort is beautiful. It is relaxed, quiet, away from from all the noise. It is small very intimate. The only really bad thing about it is its customer service. The people that work in the front desk seem to not really care. We never got a tour of the resort and we had to ask about the restaurants. They just really made no effort to make us feel welcomed. So, I would not go back nor would I recommend anyone there. We ended up transferring to Melia resort. Glad that we did because it was worth it

I felt like a queen at this beautiful hotel. My huge room overlooked the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a bus stop right out side the hotel to go to into town. My only wish is that I'd known how time share people operate. They are very, very slick. I was "hit" twice before I even got to my hotel room. Once as I just got off the plane, I was given the impression that they were there to take me to my hotel. Thank goodness for the staff of CheapCarribean they rescued me. Thank you! The other inccident was after I checked in at the desk in the hotel. I was walking to the elevator and the "conciege" (lady sitting at a desk with a sign who led me to believe she was with the hotel) As I sat down a regaled her with what had happened at the airport, she starts saying that I have that with my stay here, but that she'd just check with the sister hotel, I was gotten again. Thankfully I clued in early and made excuses to leave her desk. My trip was fantastic! I loved every minute of it. I came home relaxed, tanned and happy with lots of stories and dreams of returning soon.
