InterContinental Presidente Cancun Reviews

This hotel was great. Everything was very easy. The beach was absolutely beautiful. And the hotel staff work very hard all day long to keep the beach clean. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The views from the rooms are beautiful. My only complaint would be dinners at the restaurant. Portion size is very small, and the price is very high! However we walked into town almost every night for dinners. Lots of restaurants, shopping, clubs close by! I would recommend staying here if you love the beach, and for the ease of walking off the resort.

excellent value. however, if you stay at the el presidente intercontinental, make sure you book deluxe room in the new building because the standard rooms in the old wing are horrendous.also, disappointed that they do not have a hot whirlpool. they advertise 5 whirlpools which they do have. however, they are cold....if you need heat for therapeutic reasons, do not go there.
