Iberostar Rose Hall Suites Reviews

My husband and I visited Rose Hall Suites for our one year wedding anniversary last October. We stayed for four nights and had a great time! Just enough to get away and relax for a few days. We really enjoy and trust the Iberostar chain so we knew from the start that there would be no worries. The resort was clean with comfortable rooms and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Thanks to Cheap Caribbean for super easy, hassle free and affordable vacation planning and booking! We will definitely use your site again when we look to book for our second anniversary later this year. I'd recommend both Rose Hall Suites and Cheap Caribbean to anyone.

The rooms at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites were excellent. Room service can be a bit slow, but all the food we had was very good. The pool and beach were great, with good service at the pool bar. The shows at night were kind of lacking, but the Iberostar companion hotel next door had better ones. We were hoping for a place close by to rent scooters, but were told only Negril has that option. Would have been nice as we like to go exploring on our own when we travel. The 'shopping' that the hotel had daily shuttles for was terrible, but we don't go for that sort of thing anyway. We opted to cross the road and do the tour of the Rose Hall House instead. If you want to shop, I would suggest a trip to Montego Bay. The only planned excursion we did was the tubing trip, and that was pretty nice. Long ride into the mountains for a tube ride through a river in the rain forest. If you plan on eating at the gourmet restaurant, for which reservations are required, be sure and order multiple portions if you're hungry - they are very very very small portions. The jerk chicken bbq's on the beach at lunchtime were excellent! Definitely one of the highlights in the food department.

We had a great time at an excellent venue. We recommend it to all.

My trip was actually the first time I stayed in RoseHall, and also my girlfriend's first time ever. The Suites are located in the middle of the other two Ibero Star properties, the Beach and the Grand. As a guest of the Suites you are able to visit the Beach resort, but not the Grand. The staff was at times rude in enforcing these rules, and I certainly didn't appreciate that. We were there for a wedding, and many of the guests in our party were staying at the Grand. The all inclusive was very nice, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. There were also three or four different places for drinks, including a swim-up bar.

We were very pleased with the hotel in general,. Great food and drinks. The outside bar could have been a little bigger and more tropical. Drink list on wall would have been nice. TV's outside would also have been a good addition. Pool bar needs to stay open later. All in all a great place to go. Will go back.

It was a great hotel and great service, especially on the Grand side. Great service from Natalie at the front desk. I also had lost my sunglasses and the manager of the hotel went around looking for them and brought them back. Greatful - would go back in a heart beat

This turned out to be the best resort I have been to in Jamaica in my 3 time there. I purchased a standard room but was upgraded to the ocean view during the check-in free of charge. Diining is superb, room was immaculate and beach is cool and comfortable.

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained resort. Staff was warm and friendly. Staff helpful in selecting outside tours. Food was delicious and had a wide selection of items to choose from so even a picky eater would be happy.

This is the very best place I've ever stayed at. The staff was super professional and attentive to our every need. The rooms were beautiful and the oceanview was amazing. We miss Ryan, Kevin and Natalie, Nadine and all the bar tenders. Housekeeping staff spoiled us, we had just the best vacation ever. We have found a home away from home in JA, can't wait to get back...
