Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa Reviews

This was definitely a great value as an all inclusive resort! The food was good and the staff was super friendly. They had a lot of fun daily activities for all ages. If I ever return to Jamaica, I will definitely consider staying here again. Perhaps my best vacation ever!

I was married at this resort in 2006 and they were bought by the Hilton and went under a large amount of renovations. The result when I went back in 2009 was fabulous. The service people are phenomenal. They make every guest feel like royalty. The resort has plenty of beachfront space so you are not crowded in any area. There are plenty of activities for adults and children or if you just want to lounge, there is plenty of space for that as well. The room amenities are very nice. We stayed in a room on the first floor but I would upgrade to an ocean view if it is in the budget. Overall, a beautiful resort for a reasonable price. I am looking forward to my next trip back!

While staying at the Rose Hall, my new wife and I wanted a different experience than a typical vacation. We booked the all inclusive package for 7 days and we were in heaven. We loved every day whether we were out for an tour or laying out on the beach. The hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to answer questions and upgraded our room when we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon at check in. The room was fantastic with a view overlooking the pool, restaurant and beach. We ate at all the restaurants at least once and their all worth it, with new foods to try everyday while also having ones that we were used to back home. We could have not asked for anything more for our honeymoon.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Hilton and would highly recommend for others. Good food and friendly staff - can't wait to go back :)

Rose Hall was a great place to stay. Not too big so you had a crowd to deal with, just the right amount of guest at the time I was there for plenty of my own space to relax. Pool and waterpark were great! Crystal clear waters to look at laying by the ocean. Great golf right across the street. Good food, especially the breakfast buffet. Rooms were very clean and comfy bed. Staff was willing to extend our stay when we didn't make it down on our original day.

We stayed at the rose hall hilton last summer, We had a great time and enjoyed our stay there. Our friends stayed down the road from us and saw our hotel and pool and were disappointed with their hotel, and wished they would have booked where we were staying. The restaurants were super good, I really enjoyed them. i would recommend this hotel, great value.

Loved it! Be sure to ask for a golf cart ride around the course for a small fee. You will get to drive up to the Cinnamon Hill Estate owned by the late Johnny Cash! Also the waterfall on the course was featured in one of the James Bond films! Great waterslides that splash ya back right near the swim up bar for a frosty beverage! Try the Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum & Coke (included). Food was good & lots to choose from even for vegetarians. Rooms were beautiful & the air conditioning works well (we were there in August). Would go back in a heartbeat:)Feelin' Irie Mon!

Price was great on special promotion. One of main restaurants was closed. I believe service staff was down, for cost cutting. but overall a good value. Cheap Caribbean was great!

All inclusive was great with many food options. The omelet station in the morning was something we looked forward to every day. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Service was great. I loved the variety of activities that were offered including the water slides, lazy river and game room. We were out enjoying the pools and lazy river one day when it started to downpour. The hotel staff quickly brought out board games and other activities to entertain until it passed. My only one recommendation for improvement is that the night club could use some serious work to make it a more comfortable and enjoyable space. Was also disappointed that rain caused a cancellation in one of our dinner reservations causing us to have to eat indoors at the restaurant we had already eaten at earlier in the week. They did offer the other restaurants menu though so that we were not eating the same dishes. Booking day excursions was easy with a lot of variety to choose from.
