All Hideaway at Royalton Negril Customer Reviews
We actually stayed at the Royalton Blue Waters in Falmouth. The Hideaway was not ready for our travel dates. As compensation, we were upgraded to Diamond Club. Very few of the "perks" actually materialized, however. The resort was beautiful and we had a wonderful time, but there were some disappointments. Most of the days we had to ask for towels and washcloths. Housekeeping was always low on them. Our refrigerator was not stocked. We did not have butler service as promised with Diamond Club. We were not given "priority" dining reservations and there was no adults-only pool. They transfer company, Amstar, was horrible. Staff was rude and pushy. They would not allow us to take a later shuttle to the airport when our flight was delayed by 3 hours! We ended up hiring our own driver to the airport so we didn't have to go and sit there. The country of Jamaica was amazing and we did have a great vacation. There were just some promised amenities that did not materialize. We will definitely go to an adults-only resort when we go back and we absolutely will select a different transport company.
