Rooms were amazing, oceanview and club option weren't really worth what you paid for. Food was amazing and entertainment was wonderful. Little cold while we were there in febuary though. Very nice that is was adults only.

We went for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. We'd go again in a heartbeat!

I took my daughter for her 18th birthday/graduation and we had the best of times. We both felt like royalty when greeted with champagne and cool clothes upon our arrival. The accommadations were well above our expectations. The staff got to know us so quickly that I felt as though I lived there as a millionaire not a visitor. We were greeted and escorted to our usuall table in the morning for breakfast. The all inclusive food and drink was exceptional and the staff 's presentations were awesome. The pools beautiful and the grounds lush and gorgeous. I liked the beach but it awas a bit cool when we visited in April and the water color was less aqua and more green, but clean and safe. The shows and entertainers professional. Plenty to do. My daughter and I want to return in the worst way. Highly recommened to all we spoke to.

This was one of the best vacations we have had. The hotel is a little out of town and security is excellent. Terrific beach,a must try is the free catamaran sailboats. Great food in all the restaurants - it was fun every night to pick what we wanted to try - many smaller pools scattered around the resort, some with a bar - we found one that we practically had to ourselves every day ... with a barman. Every day they featured some exotic tropical drink, one was like a whole pineapple carved into a monkey! Room was excellent - with spa, a balcony & internet. Staff were very attentive and smiling. The daily activities ranged from cheesy to a lot of fun - the bike ride is recommended, but bring mosquito spray .. also for walking at dusk on the beach, only reason for my 4 palms. All inclusive is definitely the way to do it! We took day tour to Chichen Itza recommended too. Vacation was so relaxing and stress free we are going to go back.

Luxury resort in a secluded area of Cancun, 20 minutes north of the hotels zone. Very secured and safe resort. Newly built property. Excellent value, excellent service.

My husband and I spent a week doing a whole lot of nothing at Excellence Playa Mujeres and enjoyed it immensely. A few hours of lounging around the pool after breakfast, some quiet time in the afternoon, a drink or two before dinner was just what the doctor ordered for our vacation. The only complaint was that as a vegetarian my dinner options were somewhat limited, but breakfast and lunch offered plentiful variety. We also found the dress code for dinner to be a bit restrictive for the atmosphere. We really enjoyed the up-close magic show at the bar one evening, and the Michael Jackson tribute show, if a bit over the top, was still a fun diversion for an evening's entertainment. We especially appreciated being far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist district, and since the resort provides for all of your needs, we didn't find it necessary to ever leave (other than a round of golf next door for my husband). If you're looking for a place to get away from it all and simply chill out with no demands and no schedules, this is a great place to do it.

The service and food is top notch. Everything this resort offers is great. The bathroom is not verify private which could be a little odd if you aren't very close with your companion.

we had such a great time on this vacation. Our room was beauttiful and the pool and beach were great. The conceirge in the hotel was very helpful and help us to schedule some great snokeling events etc.. We will definately go back.

Excellence is what it's name implies. The accommodatios are wonderful. A very relaxing vacation. The spa is one of the best that I have experienced. I can't wait to go to Excellence in Punta Cana in October!!!!

Excellent trip at a great cost. Loved the reosrt, food, and people. Only complaint would be pool and beach service. The resort was only 65% full, but we couldn't get good service during the day. Other than this, everything was excellent and we will be going back for sure!
