Everything from the Barista to the rooms were completely amazing. We had the best time and every thing we ask for and wanted was there in a snap. Highly recommed this place to a couple as well as familes.

We had an amazing week in Cabo and found the hotel to be everything it promised. The staff was wonderful--so kind and helpful. We loved the restaurant choices and the flexibility to dine wherever we wanted without waiting in line to make reservations. The bartenders and servers throughout the hotel and at the pool were wonderful. We spent most of the week at the hotel because we really wanted a relaxing time and besides, why leave...we had everything we could have wanted there. We would go back in a minute!

When you step out under the palms at Dreams, you are instantly greeted by an employee who opens your door and hands you a cool washcloth folded neatly and smelling of fresh aloe. The breezy foyer opens up so that you can see the ocean immediatley through the corridor. All employees at dreams were very, very kind and my favorite thing by the end of our stay was hearing the words "It's a pleasure", every time you were given any type of service and would thank them. The 24 hour room service was amazing and our teenagers took full advantage, as were the restaurants at the resort. We could not complain about one of them. Our rooms were clean, large and furnished very well. The turn down service was wonderful and the maids even designed towel swans with flowers petals on our bed and candles lit along the floor for our anniversary. The pools were incredible and well serviced with waiters/waitresses and attendants. We had a great night on the town with Dreams guides who took us pub crawling and remained with us throughout the evening. Our stay was impeccable, and we have returned and stayed again, with the same service.

My wife and I went with my brother and his wife and we couldn't have been happier! So relaxing! Great service, comfortable rooms, amazing food! All in all fabulous!! The resort made our trip to Los Cabos!!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the staff and the complex in general. The staff graciously attended to our needs and were always eager to answer questions or help us arrange a van trip to nearby San Jose Del Cabo, or Cabo San Lucas. Our room had a spectacular view, but I would assume that necasue of the respots layout, all rooms would enjoy a great view. The resturants offered a variety of eating venues. We had no difficulty getting seated in the ala carte resturants. On only one occasion (in our 7 day stay), we had a 30 minute wait which is no big deal since we passed that short time in the lobby bar. We made several excursions into the nearby towns and also took advantage of a few excursions. The beach was quiet, except for the pounding surf. The waves crashing ashore was absolutely relaxing. Not only do we recommend, but we plan to go back ourselves. BTW, the lobby cafe (you have to look around to find it) was my wife's absolute favorite stopping point throughout the day. Well worth it!

We were looking for a relaxing get-away, on a beach and didn't want to worry about anything. This place delivered with a few exceptions. The good - the hotel was in good shape, well kept and had the accomdations we were looking for. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. So, what could have been better? I did not appreciate that my 'welcome gift' was a 30 minute sales pitch. They had several 'welcome hosts' on site and their job was to get you to go on the sales tour of other properties. Being in sales myself I can tell you these people were trained! No was not an option and it was very annoying. We were only there for 3 days and all I wanted to do was sit on the beach. Next, the restaurant selection was mediocre. There was often a long wait for tables, not all of the dinning options were open ever night and the food was an attempt at American Steak House, Italian and Thai. not terrible but mediocre. Finally, the pools tended to get a little crowded as did the beach area. They were both very nice but crowded. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. One of the best pieces of advice I could give is arrange transportation from the airport in advance and DON'T stop in the airport or hotel lobby for 'help' unless you want to spend 30+ minutes being sold something!

I have raved so much about this vacation! The facilities are beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious, classy, and SO comfortable. The service was nothing short than superb. Hard to believe the quality of the food for an "all-inclusive" resort; I was honestly expecting less, but received so much more. I can't wait to go back to "Dreams", it truly was a great vacation and an awesome value!

I spent a lot of time picking the resort I wanted to stay at when I went to Cabo San Lucas, and decided to stay at Dreams. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The beach and hotel were beautiful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet selections, service, and especially the view and the Mimosa's! The service I received while on the beach was exceptional...the wait staff came frequently to bring me drinks; he even brought the menu and asked if I would like lunch, took my order, and delivered it promptly. The atmosphere, bartenders, event planners, and spa service were very enjoyable! The shuttle service to Cabo was resonable and easy to obtain. I have never booked an all-inclusive resort, but was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with Dreams and will definately return next year!

This was our first experience with Cheapcaribbean and an all-inclusive vacation. It was perfect in every way. Hotel descriptions were accurate and everything was flawless. Los Cabos weather was perfect in June and this Dreams hotel had it all. Premium drinks were included as was room service. On site restuarants offered great variety and high quality dining options. The Staff were friendly and the kids programs were exceptional (archery, ping-pong, crazy golf, wii competiions and movies on the bach at night), Looking fior our next chance to go back!

This resort was just great from the beatiful rooms all with water views to the wonderful pools and the best food I've eaten at any comparable resort.
