Will try more Palace Resorts

Great place, great service. I will only upset at the fact that I made my reservation in October and specifically requested that I be put in a King room and close to my friends (that were there as well-we were attending a wedding). When we arrived, we were put in a King room, one of the few that did not have a balcony and we were nowhere near my friends. We moved twice during our stay.

Awesome vacation

My husband and I chose Cozumel because we wanted to go scuba diving. The hotel was wonderful and the atmosphere was very inviting. The drinks and food were always good, and the entertainment was great. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel was wonderful in creating a special dinner night for us when we asked. The dive shop at Cozumel Palace had a great staff and we had the best dives ever with them. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for fun and adventure.

Great Tropical Getaway!

The Cozumel Palace was the first all-inclusive resort that I've ever stayed at. I loved the service of the hotel - the pool was awesome, the location was great (easy walking distance to shopping), and we had great snorkeling right outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

great breakfast and nightly grill selection. mixed drinks a bit weak in flavor. walking distance to main town. nice not to worry about sand since no beach. room is what it looks like in the picture!

Not So Hot

Food was very average. No activities except one standard type resort pool-kiddie pool and spa. No beach access and a tiny man made sand area with two umbrella tables. The larger sandy area in the photos is for timeshare members only. The rooms are very nice but daily maid service was an issue. LOTS of free flowing premium alcohol. Staff tried very hard but were not well trained. We received a $200 a day resort credit which is why I rated it an average value. It certainly is not worth $440 a night.

The Best Customer Service in the Carribean

We were amazed with the Cozumel Palace from the moment we arrived. The property, the service, the food and drink were all in our groups opinion one of the best we have ever been to...including the Ritz! A big THANK YOU to the amazing staff especially our new friends Roger, Luis, Andres, Sara, Sharon and the entire Activities group for always going the extra mile. We will be back for certain!! PS The Spa is #1 as well!

Very impressed

I have been to other hotels, resorts, and cruises, but Cozumel Palace had the best service I have ever experienced. The hotel is not very large, but the rooms were big and spacious with beautiful ocean views and a large hot tub (I read that all rooms but 6 in the whole hotel have ocean views). The food was excellent, better than any other all-inclusive I have been to. It was not (I repeat "not") the usual run of the mill buffet fare. The staff was absolutely the best (the word excellent would not be praise enough), very attentive and helpful. The hotel was in a great location (walking distance to tourist spots, shopping, and a large store right across the street in case you forgot to bring anything). I can't wait to go back and would recommend this resort to anyone who loves good food and wants to be pampered. The only drawback was that they did not have a beach, although there was access to the water for swimming and snorkeling (which we did). However, they had plenty of lounge chairs by the pool which overlooked the ocean and that worked out okay for us. We traveled with another couple and they also said they would definitely go back!

Outstanding vacation destination!

Sometimes the shortest reviews are the best. Cozumel Palace was referred to us by close friends, and it did not disappoint ~ we wanted for nothing! The staff went out of their way to ensure we were thrilled with our experience. Do NOT hesitate to book travel to this incredible resort - it'll reel you in, and have you begging for more!
