Try harder to fix it!! Bugs, no hot water and noisy in the Kreole rooms facing the street. Room size and appearance was fine, but on the 4th day of no hot water I demanded we be moved. Prior to that they had nowhere to put us without charging me an additional $160 per day. The second room was fine. They were all over us after that but I felt like I had to be really frustrated in order for any effort to be made. Food was good, pool was nice, great location!
