Breezes Grand Resort and Spa Negril Reviews

We have been back to this resort 14 times and we always have a great time!

We have stayed at various Beaches Resorts over the years. Our last venture was in late March 2009 in Turks & Cacos. The resort is clean, well cared for, up to date with a very pleasant staff and very child friendly. I would recommend any Beaches to any parent who is looking for a getaway with their kids.

Overall we had a really enjoyable time. The room was great and had beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The resort was very quite and the staff was friendly. I was not impressed with the food, but other than that, we had a wonderful time.

This resort was very nice and clean. All the staff were very nice and accomidating. The beaches and pools were fabulous. You didn't need to leave the resort if you didn't want to. It was absolutely amazing.

This was the best vacation we've ever had. Everyone was extremely nice. The resort was beautiful. The food was wonderful and so many choces. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely spend another vacation at this resort.

Great little resort to escape to especially for couples wanting some alone time. Rooms are spacious enough with large bed, large shower (can fit 2 comfortably), balcony over-looking the water. Plenty of space on the beaches (chairs were always available), nude beach in hidden view from the rest of the resort (whereas other resorts' nude beaches were on the main strip of beach in Negril). Fitness center also offered plenty of equipment. Staff friendly and accommodating. It is a smaller, quieter resort so I would not recommend for large groups or groups wanting a party scene. There were more couples than families or groups of friends. The pool area is small, and comparable to a normal hotel, not a large destination resort.

Starting off with a beautiful resort on a beautiful beach just gives a wonderful beginning to the experience. And then the room and the room service were just 5 star. Where our visit fell apart was in the beach and dining service and in the quality of the food. Food was always presented well, but the taste definitely lagged the food's presentation. Fish were generally good; beef, fruits, etc were generally poor. Service was delayed if not a buffet. In general, there seemed to be too few waiters, waitresses, and beach servcers (waits were too long before drink refills arrived. In summary, They had all they needed to be 5 star, except sufficient service staff and better provisions.

Breezes Grand Resort and Spa was close to being great but I feel it wasn't quite there. We travel (3 couples) to different adults only all inclusive resorts and Negril was our last trip in March 2010. If you are looking for nightlife this is not the place. After the cheap nightly show the place folds up after 10:00. Our best place to date was the Excellence in Cancun, best shows better restaraunts and the majority of the crowd stayed out after the shows ended. The room service was better at Breezes great people running the place and the beach itself was second to none. Our group ages from 37 to 57 and we are not into adults only for nudity or swinging we just want to be away from children when we drink and party

We had a great time. The rooms werent very fancy but the service and staff were great. Very laid back atmosphere, food was good, water sports were good as well. Suggest going when the resort isnt very full.

We couldnt have had a better time anywhere. This resort to us was a 5 star just because of the staff. The grounds were always being groomed and very well kept. Bartenders kept drinks coming and always knew what we wanted before we sat down! Food was good but i have to say, Do NOT miss out on the Lambchops at the clothing optional beach bar!! By far the best meal i had there.. And yes, stand in line at Breakfast for the omelette. You wont be dissapointed. Our suite/room was amazing with a seperate sitting area, balcony with a great view and an 8 head shower in the spacious bathroom.. The pool was a little small but nice and the main Beach was great... Take time to talk to the staff. You will make lots of new friends! They will not hesitate to help you out with anything you need. " No Problem Mon"!! Cant wait to go back. I need a Dirty Banana drink! :)
