Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort Villages and Spa Reviews

Upon arrival, after about 24 hours of travelling, our room was not ready. We were wearing winter wear and the weather was beautiful, so we were not overly impressed that we could not unpack and change into something that was appropriate for the weather. The reception and management were not too eager to assist and just said that there was nothing that could be done but just wait. (this is about 3PM in the afternoon so there should have been plenty of time to have the room serviced.) Then after checking in and getting changed, we had a great time. OOOPs, except for the fact that our room was now outside the septic plant so we were awakened by the waffling smell of septic plant. Yep, that's right. So now, there I was again, complaining, spending my precious holiday time at reception. They did move up to a very nice room, after only spending the next several hours repacking, moving and unpacking AGAIN!! Don't you love to travel??? !!! The food was magnificent, the room was then quite pleasant and the overall service was quite good and the beach was really beautiful. The Red Lane Spa was ATTROCIOUS!!! The service and attitude of ladies that are employed there are so bad, I would be embarrased to call them my staff. They are rude and negative, extactly what you want when you spend a ton of money to relax, right??!! There are a few indivduals that provided outstanding service , such as Jeff, the private butler, the man making the hamburgers at the barbeque, and another phillipino man in the french restaurant. I take my hat off to them as they made my stay memorable and pleasant !! Thank you. Overall we really had a beautiful stay.

What a beautiful island and fantastic resort. The facility was so well kept, the staff were beyond accomodationg and the atmosphere was so relaxed and all guests truly were a pleasure. The dining options were also superb, in terms of getting your money's worth this place is it! The only area of improvement would be that there were times when there were no towels available at the pool or beach, a problem that was rectified very quickly and in no means hampered my experience. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a true piece of paradise.

This was our second time at Beaches. Great place to relax. The beach is beautiful as well as the pools. Drinks, food service very good. There is nothing that you could want for here and not get. This was one of the best vacations ever. I booked through Cheap Carribean for the first time and would use them again. Only problem was, one week was just not enough time.

Great family vacation spot! The entire resort was very clean and maintained impecably. Staff were overwhelmingly customer freindly and helpful in all aspects. Pools were great, ocean even better. Accommodations for 5 were excellent. Activities for kids (18, 15,13) - plenty to do. Was impressed that all bartenders carded anyone close to 18, even saw them refuse to serve a group who did not have ID. Only area that could be improved was quality of food. Overall average. The adult only options were great, but would have liked to see this quality at a few other restaurants. Much safer to be "off-compound" than in Jamaica.

We loved our vacation with the kids. Everyone was able to enjoy walking around the huge resort. The daycare had its own kiddie pool and sand area. There were plenty of Sesame Street characters greeting the kids. The wood burning oven pizza was the kids favorite food to eat. There were nice shops on the premises. The beach water was a little rough. It may have been the weather while we were there but our friends who went a different time noticed the same thing. We stayed in the French village which suited our needs because it was more private than the Italian or Caribbean village. Don't miss the beach party night. There was a bouncey house for the kids and the staff dressed up like pirates.
