This was absolutely the worst experience ever!!!! No Service, Marginal Food, Bait & Switch Room debacle!!! and No Management of Problems!!! This was the week between Christmas and New Years and the place could not have been worse!!!

We thought this was a great resort. It was clean, the people were all friendly. It was a small resort so everything was easy to get to. The buffet was terrible. But the restaurants were very very good. All of them. The Italian, Mexican, and Gourmet all served very good food. We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from our balcony. This resorts biggest problem is the service from the front desk. Our refrigerator was broken when we arrived and we had a diabetic in the room who needed the frig for his medicine. It took 3 days for them to replace it with me calling 3 times a day. Even though I told them it was a medical necessity. We would definitely stay there again if we traveled to Dominican again! Here's a tip: Get up early and put a towel on the beach chairs. They go fast there. And, make your dinner reservations early in the morning as well for the restaurants.
