Aruba Marriott Reviews

I have traveled to many countries throughout the world and Aruba is one of my top 3 favorite vacation destinations. This was my 3rd time here and my stay at the Marriott(1st time here) was exceptional, especially the massage treatment. I highly recommend staying here.

It was our first time in Aruba and the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino was fabulous! Room was spacious, comfortable, modern. Very accommodating, had everything you could want in a beachfront resort. Relaxing yet we had plenty to do without hassles. If we wanted to go into town...it was easy, on a snorkel trip...it was easy, rent wave runners...it was easy. Jeep tour...easy. Simply Fish was fabulous! Pool and beach bar--great. Casino--hopping! Breakfast and sushi in the lobby. Next time we'll have a great steak at Ruth's Chris Steak House and I'll go for a massage. We'll definitely be back to Aruba, One Happy Island!

We stayed at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino when we went to Aruba last year. We loved it! The hotel is so clean, the staff was wonderful and the beach/pool area was amazing! We had not been to Aruba in ten years. The last time we went, we stayed at the Wyndham which is now the Westin (I believe). We debated between both hotels because we had such a good time when we stayed at the Wyndham last time. We ended up chosing the Marriott and we were so glad we did! We walked down at one point to see the Wyndham and it looked run down. We were so happy we made the right choice! I would recommend the Marriott to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

We loved this resort. It is in a great location and close to shops, etc. Unfortunately, they began pool construction soon after we arrived, but i'm sure it's finished by now. The rooms were very comfortable and they had some nice dining options albeit a little pricey. We took the bus down to the local grocery store to save money. I highly recommend Simply Fish which is located directly on the beach. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were huge and spacious compared to others on the high rise hotel strip, and every room has a balcony with a view. Really, you can't go wrong with any of the high rises associated with the big chains. The pools and landscaping were nice, though maybe just a little nicer at some of the other hotels. Beach is fantastic. The only thing is that it is at the very end of the hotel strip. It is the last hotel on the north side. This can be either a plus or a minus. A little more seclusion and access to beach areas without tons of tourists crossing back and forth (but the beach right in front of the hotel is always crowded, don't be misled). However, also farther to walk to the restaurants and shopping venues (at least a 10 minute walk)

My girlfriend and I spent 5nights at the Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino. We got there and our room was not available so we were immediately upgraded to a nicer room, we wound up in a great ocean view on a high floor with one of the best views i've ever had. The food at the resort was great, however the ambiance at Simply Fish was the real pleaser. For food you can leave the resort and have tons within a 5 minute cab ride to experience.

This was the best vacation I ever had. Everyday I had a new 1st. ( the first time I had ever done something). I started out with 6 the first day, 5 the second day, etc. I was suppose to be counting backwards on the "firsts" I experienced, but still ended up with 4 new "firsts" on the last day. My vacation was laid back enough to relax, but exciting enough to hold my interest. We actually did not leave the resort that much. There was no need to. I have been to Aruba several times, but this time was the absolute best. I would recommend this resort to anyone. We are actually planning to return to this destination, as we speak. I could not have asked for a better experience. I could go into great detail on the resort amenities to the restaurants etc., but it would take too much time. If you are considering this resort for a couple or a family, I would highly recommend it. The only problem was I forgot my camera. But the resort was exactly like it was pictured on the website. We paid $620 pp for air/hotel package and it was well worth it. This was the second year in a row that we decided to go to Aruba for the summer and both trips were equally memorable. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was pleasurable and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again in the near future.

It was our 25th anniversary, and we decided to go to Aruba in October 2009. We did some research on cheap caribbean.com. We decided on the Marriott Stellaris Casino Resort. We were very happy with the service and accomadations. The room was spacious and clean . Our view of the ocean was spectacular, from our balcony. Not to mention the beauty of Aruba. The Marriott is located at the best part of the island. We can not wait to do it again with cheap caribean. Peach
